MOBITEK®  Q24 SMS MODEM is a messaging device designed by us. We have accumulated experience from customers’ feedback and GSM network behaviour to design a communication and messaging device to meet the demand of heavy SMS traffic and reliable data collection.

We have designed the USB cable that uses 2 USB ports (via “Y” shape cable). This allows the modem to draw sufficient power from PC, thus improves stability.

Compatibility

iTegno 3000 and M1306B had reached EOL. They are no longer being manufacturered. MOBITEK® Q24 SMS Modem is 100% compatible with iTegno 3000 and Wavecom Fastrack M1306B. Your exisiting software works with Q24. Your software does not bee to be re-written.

We discovered that Wavecom’s new model, Supreme 10, has problem with regard to backward compatibility with M1306B. Q24 solves your problem.

Q1: Previously, we use Wavecom Fastrack M1306B with MOBITEK’s SMS API. If we decide to use MOBITEK® Q24 SMS modem, do we need to rewrite our software?

Answer: No.

Q2: Does MOBITEK®Q24 has GPRS radios?

Answer: yes.

Q3: Are you able to ship SMS Modem to my country if I am not from Malaysia?

Answer: Yes, we can ship/deliver to you country. We use FedEx for international delivery. Price of SMS modem does not include delivery unless otherwise stated.

Q4: Does your SMS modem comes with STK API?

Answer: No. You need to purchase MOBITEK® Q24 STK MODEM that comes with free STK API.
