- Warranty for Type S:-
- 12 months;
- for 1st warranty claim, we will absorb the 2-way shipping charges;
- for 2nd and subsequent warranty claim, buyer will need to bear the 2-way shipping charges;
- e-mail support is provided during warranty period, response time is within 3 business day; and
- remote support is provided during office hour, Malaysia time zone;
- Warranty for Type E:-
- 12 months;
- for warranty claim, buyer will bear 2-way shipping charges for sending modem to us for repair and for returning it back to buyer;
- e-mail support is provided during warranty period, response time is within 3 business day; and
- remote support is provided during office hour, Malaysia time zone.
- Certain countries require import permit to import modem. Without the permit, modem will be detained by custom. Please check with your local custom authority, and if required, obtain the permit.
